WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KENNEDY NEW YORK ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Apple Pay.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the provided link in the email to check the estimated time of delivery.

You can also track the status of your order at any time by logging into Your Account.

WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY SHOPPING CART, AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE ITEM?

Until you have completed the transaction, we cannot guarantee availability.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE FORM OF PAYMENT?

We are unable to accept more than one credit card on a single order at this time.

WHAT'S MY SIZE?

Due to the variation in designer vintage sizing, we size all of our products according to US Standard Measurements. Visit the Size Chart for additional help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In general, orders placed within the U.S. are received within 5-7 business days, including processing time. Please note, orders of higher value and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer to receive.

DOES KENNEDY NEW YORK SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we ship to over 90 countries via USPS Priority Mail International. To check if we ship to your location, view the shipping drop-down menu located on the Checkout page.

DOES KENNEDY NEW YORK SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once we receive your return, a refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to post to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order email customercare@kennedynewyork.com. Once an item has shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. In our shopping checkout process, we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters "http" in the URL address change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time.
