DOMESTIC Shipping

Kennedy New York currently offers two shipping methods on all orders within the United States. Once your order has shipped, we will contact you via e-mail with a tracking number.

Please note: All Two Business Day shipments and orders over $500 require the customer's signature.

We are cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and select U.S. Territories

Ground: ($12*)

Delivery occurs within 3 to 7 business days after processing the order, pending credit card verification.

Please note, ground delivery to Hawaii and Alaska may require more than 7 business days.

Two Business Days: ($35*)

Delivery occurs within 2 business days after processing the order, pending credit card verification.

*Home decor and overweight shipments are not eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

Processing Time:

Processing an order may take 1-3 business days. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM ET or on weekends will begin processing the following business day (excluding holidays).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All eligible items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Please ensure that the item you intend to purchase can be legally imported into the destination country prior to placing an order. 

Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after processing begins.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT),  customs fees, and compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. All orders will be delivered duties unpaid and payment is usually collected at the time of delivery.

Please be advised, regulations may prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials.

 

SALES TAX

Kennedy New York is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York.
